Power Outage

June 2026

A pigeon nesting in the guttering at Frome Town Hall caused major flooding onto the electrics on Saturday 6th June. With the use of battery back-up some intermittent FM service has been restored.

An examination of the situation at the Town Hall will be made late on Sunday as to when the power could be turned back on.

**Update Monday:

We are back broadcasting 24 hours - just on FM and without a studio. Current estimate for us to be back in the studio is Wednesday afternoon. To Be Confirmed.

**Update Tuesday 9 June 2026

There is to be a review of how the electrics and the board are drying out later today. But sometime Thursday is currently the best day we are hoping for to be able to be back in the studio.
