We and this website complies with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and already complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which comes into effect from May 2018. We will update this policy accordingly after the completion of the UK's exit from the European Union.

Offline data
As a member organisation FromeFM collects information about its presenters for both legal reasons and for internal communication methods. Our policy is to delete personal information when a member chooses to leave. We try to avoid keeping any data for longer than is necessary but in some cases such as financial data we may keep old membership spreadsheets recording payments for 7 years.
